Awa Outdoor & Sports, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that allows them to return to our store again and again. That's why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you will find a list of all of our policies. At Awa Outdoor & Sports, we will gladly accept exchanges and returns within 30 days of purchase. To receive a return, please ensure that you have its original label, and that each product or piece is unused, unwashed, free of stains, odors and in new condition. For any return or exchange by mail, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost.
To request a return or exchange, write to us at our email: team@awapuertorico.com, with your order # or copy of the receipt and the reason for the return. Store credit will be offered upon receipt of merchandise. This process can take approximately 2 weeks.
Exceptions
International territories or in the United States, all sales are final and we cannot accept returns. Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Sale" are ineligible for any exchange or return.
Our processing time may vary 1-3 business days once the order is received. Shipping is free in Puerto Rico on orders over $75 using USPS domestic service (3-7 days). If you want another type of shipping (Priority Express) please contact us: team@awapuertorico.com
Awa Outdoor & Sports is not responsible for order shipments due to incorrect addresses or insufficient information as entered by the customer. Please make sure the postal address is correct before confirming the order. For any returned package, the customer must pay for reshipping.
